In the Espai Perot Rocaguinarda you can get to know the figure of the lluçanès bandit, born in Oristà in 1582 and died in Naples on an undetermined date. Through texts, images, objects and audiovisual projections, the equipment addresses aspects related not only to the real biography of the historical figure of the famous bandit Perot Rocaguinarda, but also its literary dimension, which makes it present in the work of renowned writers. such as Cervantes, Lope de Vega, the Rector of Vallfogona, Verdaguer and Maragall, some of whom were contemporaries of the same bandit.

The Space also offers a tour of the legendary side of Rocaguinarda, through which the bandit became -even in his lifetime- a mythical character, which popular culture turned into a kind of Catalan Robin Hood, with fame honest and just.

There are also references to the forests of Lluçanès and other places in Catalonia that were the scene, between the 16th and 17th centuries, of the actions of Rocaguinarda and his crew. The equipment also does not overlook the -possibly fictitious- figure of Mercè de Pecanins, the promise of the bandit, who symbolizes the link between Rocaguinarda and Olost, a link that has its most popular expression in the pair of giants of the municipality, which is also They can see in space.
