Gravel in Vallès Oriental, Adventure Cycling

Vallès Oriental has a new Strategic Cycle Tourism Plan that highlights the environmental and cultural heritage of Vallès. This project has been prepared by the Tourism Service of the Regional Council and offers an attractive and challenging itinerary for the cyclist in the Gravel mode.

The Gravel modality is a form of adventure cycling that is characterized by itineraries that combine roads with trails, tracks and roads with unevenness and potholes. This practice is gaining popularity in the world of cycling because it allows contact with nature and offers a certain level of difficulty.

This route is circular and has been designed with the intention that visitors can enjoy the variety of landscapes, municipalities and local products of Vallès.

The first stage begins in Granollers, but can be started at any point along the route. The route is designed to be completed in one week, and the municipalities involved have good connections with public transport. All information is available in Catalan, Spanish, English and French. The recommended age is for people over 18 years of age in good physical condition.
