In our El Fomento Restaurant you will find Mediterranean cuisine with local and seasonal products from the Vilanova y la Geltrú market.

We are specialized in original and seasonal rice dishes such as pan de calçots with raw sausage or its great specialty, pig's feet rice with black sausage. Entrecôte rice with foie, secret rice with vines, squid with artichoke... all kinds of combinations!

We work with reservations for events and groups: group menus of different prices, daily menu and weekend menu. Our facilities have capacity for up to 250 people.
