Our history

In love with his land, Roger grew up traveling through the Cerdanya region from one end of the Valley to the other. Since he was a teenager, he wanted to train in the world of activities in the natural environment, beginning his training with introductory sports technician courses. Later, once he finished his secondary and high school studies, he decided to train, accessing the degree in Activity Sciences. Physics and Sports where, precisely as the university degree progressed, he saw the opportunity to begin to put emphasis on creating his own personal and work project, such as creating a small company that organizes active tourism activities in the natural environment.

At the end of his studies he wanted to continue training in the world of activities in the natural environment and while he was training in this type of activities he was already beginning to accompany his first clients through the regions of Cerdanya, showing everything that fascinated him most. of the environment.

Today that dream of a university degree student has become a reality and since January 2019, the active tourism company Peñas Altas Outdoor Services in Roger and its technical team and collaborators offer you the possibility of discovering the mountains of the Cerdanya and all parts of the border between Catalonia, France and Andorra.
