Museu Fassina Balanyà L'Espluga de Francolí
La Fassina Balanyà was a small family industry that has its origins in the 1830s.
During the visit you will learn about the importance of the production and trade of brandy in Catalonia. In addition, through the restored machinery we will explain the production process to obtain the spirit from the grape breeze and the use of the by-products generated.
La Fassina Balanyà is part of the network of industrial museums of the Territorial System of the National Museum of Science and Technology of Catalonia (STmNACTEC).
