The CosmoCaixa Science Museum offers visitors a space dedicated to promoting scientific knowledge and stimulating curiosity through numerous permanent and temporary exhibitions, workshops and activities for any type of public.

We highlight the Universe Room, a free tour from the big bang to the last frontiers of knowledge full of interactive proposals, real objects and scientific and artistic reproductions. The geological wall formed by seven large real pieces originated by different geological processes.

The Flooded Forest is a fragment of a thousand square meters of tropical jungle where you can discover some of the most representative species of the Amazon: alligators, ants, boas, fish, tropical birds and plants.

The Lab Math is a space dedicated entirely to mathematics where you will find games, puzzles, mazes, riddles and all kinds of challenges so that you can activate your positive, logical and creative side. You will discover how mathematics is used to solve very diverse problems, making it an attitude of life!

In addition to the exhibition spaces, the CosmoCaixa Science Museum offers activities for all audiences, from guided tours to family workshops.

In addition, it has a planetarium with different astronomical and scientific outreach programs that are renewed periodically.

Also noteworthy are the cycles of scientific dissemination conferences, in which different current topics are addressed by national and international experts and disseminators, such as the Great Science cycle, which has guests of great international relevance such as Awards Nobel, astronauts or experts who have made extraordinary contributions to contemporary science, or Explain it to me, which provides scientific answers to topics and questions of everyday reality in an informative and participatory way.
