The flight of the bees at Mas de Colom, Casa Borges
Learn about the pollination of almond trees with the help of bees!
With the arrival of spring, almond trees welcome us with some very showy flowers. It is important that bees take care of pollinating these flowers, since this is how we will obtain our favourite fruit, the almond!
But do you know how all this is done? On the day of the almond blossom, we will explain in detail how these trees are pollinated, you will be able to taste their fruits and build a bee shelter. In this way we help the recovery of these insects that are so beneficial to agriculture and our environment.
