Come to Mas d'Eroles and you can visit the cheese factory, where we will explain how we make cheese. All our cheeses are made with raw milk, whether made with cow's milk or sheep's milk, all in the middle of the Pyrenees.
The quality control of our products starts with the cattle, the La Reula farm where we are going to look for cow's milk, it is totally healthy and in the process of ecological transformation. The summer of 2019 we will be ecological!
The herd of Corroncui sheep in Alta Ribagorça is also totally healthy, so we control the origins of the raw material.
Careful facilities, both in the milking parlor and the cheese factory, ensure that hygiene is present at all times.
The most traditional technology, together with state-of-the-art techniques and materials, allow us to control manufacturing processes in order to obtain proven goodness cheeses.
