Organic high altitude wines. Production of still and sparkling wines from vineyards and estates in the Prades Mountains, with slate soils and altitudes of over 700 metres.

Located in the middle of the Cistercian Route, the Aymar Vitivinícola Winery has a privileged location that directly influences its wines. The wines produced in the estates and vineyards around Vimbodí and Poblet, on the slopes of the Prades Mountains, offer unique potential both for their altitude and freshness, as well as for the minerality of their Llicorella slate soils.

The winery is located in the former Vimbodí and Poblet Trade Union, a space with a lot of history that has been completely renovated and modernized to adapt to current needs. With this extension, the winery has not only gained in production capacity, but has also become an ideal place for wine tourism activities. We offer a welcoming and versatile environment for holding events, where tradition and modernity are combined.

Visit our vineyards

Duration: 3 hours

Description: We will welcome you with a welcome drink and then visit the renovated Aymar Winery (the former Vimbodí and Poblet village union), taking a tour of the history and present of the winery and viticulture.

With the pick-ups, we will visit our high-altitude estate Montagudell, where we will enjoy the best views. We will finish the visit to the winery where we will do a tasting and pairing of chocolates or cheeses (option to be chosen preferably when making the reservation in the comments section) guided by the 3 best Aymar wines and sparkling wines.
