With more than 60 years of experience in the sector, Finques Riart was founded in 1963 with the aim of promoting, caring for and growing tourism in the heart of the Costa Brava. We specialise in renting apartments and houses during the tourist season, as well as in the sale of properties, property management, insurance, maintenance services and other auxiliary services.

Our team is made up of professionals with extensive and solid experience in the real estate sector, who work daily with a close and personalized approach. We are here to serve you and establish a long-lasting relationship of trust. Our demand for quality is constant and recognized; since 2006, we have continuously received the distinction of commitment to Tourist Quality (SICTED), promoted by the Regional Council of El Baix Empordà.

Accommodations for tourist use

Every year we carry out modernisation and improvement projects to ensure that we maintain our commitment to quality: first-class finishes, contemporary furniture, regular inspection of paint and installations, well-equipped kitchens, mattresses and sofas designed to offer maximum comfort and relaxation, complete bathrooms, and well-kept terraces that offer unparalleled views of our beloved sea, creating an unforgettable tourist experience.

We have properties both on the seafront and just a few metres from the beach, close to the commercial and tourist area of the town. Our accommodations, with 1 to 4 bedrooms, have large terraces or gardens equipped to enjoy the outdoors. Contact us for more information and availability.

Specific conditions

Length of stay:

• July and August: Monthly or biweekly stays (1-15 and 16-31).
• June and September: Monthly, biweekly stays, 10 or 7 days.
• Rest of the year: Stays from 3-4 nights, depending on the period.
• Seasonal rental: Long stays up to 6 months.

We try to adapt to the specific needs of our clients in each case.

Rental Conditions:

• To book: We request personal data from the client and from all guests. To confirm the reservation, a 40% advance payment must be made, and the remainder will be paid on the day of arrival at check-in.
• Rental price: The rental price includes electricity, water and gas consumption, provided that they are used responsibly (except for seasonal rentals). The tourist tax is not included in the rental price.
• Additional services: The homes do not include sheets or towels, and we offer a separate rental service.
• Rules of use: Pets and bicycles are not allowed in the houses. It is essential to keep the house clean and in good condition.
• Check-in conditions: Keys will be handed over and check-in will take place from 12 noon at the Finques Riart offices (during office hours). Credit card details will be required as a deposit.
• Check-out conditions: The check-out deadline is 10am. If the property is not in optimal condition, the cost of cleaning and/or any necessary repairs will be charged.
