Blind tasting with Km0 pairing at Cava Rovellats

A blind tasting is always a unique experience, which we will enjoy with the help of our sommeliers!

The activity will begin in our modernist garden, where we will briefly explain our history, take a walk through the vineyard, visit our 15th century farmhouse and the chapel.

We will continue with the visit to our winery and then we will go down to our radial cellar, located 12 meters underground, where we will disgorge a bottle of Gran Reserva and taste it in the same cellar.

Once the tour is over, we will go up to the Museum Room to do the blind tasting. Will you be able to figure out what product you are tasting without using your sight? With the glass in your hand and honing only the senses of smell and taste, we will try to distinguish what we are tasting.

At the end of the tasting, we will serve a local sink-sink lunch with our wines and cavas.

What does the activity include?

The activity of visiting and blind tasting, 4 wines and 3 cavas during the tasting and lunch with our Cuvée Especial Brut Nature Reserva 2021 cava.

Menu: 10 delicious little appetizers from Cal Soler catering.

• Schedule: at 11am in our winery. The visit will be in Catalan or Spanish depending on the audience.
