Winter light at CaixaForum
With the arrival of winter, the nights become longer, there is less natural light and we take refuge at home. Since Roman times, ornaments have been part of the home, not only to beautify, but also to make the space a more comfortable and welcoming place. Thus, the ornament, far from being something superficial or simply decorative, became a functional element that also helped to reflect and enhance the winter light.
In this workshop, we will create special decorations using different materials to capture the light and let it into the house.
Activity recommended for families with children aged 4 and over.
