Alberg Cal Ganxo, Fundesplai Castelldefels

Cal Ganxo is located in the municipality of Castelldefels, in the Baix Llobregat region.

It is a sustainable nature hostel and school and is located at a high point in the Castelldefels mountains, 3km from the beach and very close to the city castle. At the gates of the Garraf Natural Park, Cal Ganxo is an Environmental Activities Center of the Castelldefels City Council where all types of activities and workshops on environmental education, natural sciences and astronomy are carried out for all ages.

Cal Ganxo has family rooms with Full Board service (breakfast, lunch and dinner). It also offers WIFI connection, environmental education classrooms, garden areas, etc. And spectacular panoramic views!

Our healthy, home-cooked menus are based on the Mediterranean diet. We cook with fresh and seasonal products, favoring local, ecological and socially responsible products. In addition, we prepare special menus for people with allergies, intolerances or vegetarians.

We also make party menus for celebrations, weddings, birthdays, etc.

Around the Hostel, you will find an impressive natural environment where you can take many excursions and itineraries, and tourist places that will leave you breathless. From the imposing presence of the Castell de Castelldefels (which can be seen from Cal Ganxo) to the fascinating Deltaic Beaches (17 km of beaches in total!).
