Origin Calçotada in Adernats - Nulles Winery

An ideal way to start a day of calçotada with friends or family, in a restaurant or farmhouse. We will start the activity mid-morning with a route through the vineyards of Adernats where the winemaking process is explained as well as the importance of good cultivation and knowledge of the climate and the land. We will continue until we find ourselves in the middle of a field where the authentic Valls IGP calçot is grown and we will learn its cultivation techniques and secrets.

Back at the winery, we will visit the majestic Nulles Wine Cathedral. A century-old modernist work where we will discover its history, the architecture that characterizes it, the unique features of cooperativism and the process of making Adernats wines and cavas, the fruits of this jewel.

We will end the activity with a special, commented tasting of calçot bread and croissants, accompanied by 3 wines and cavas made in the same winery.

When midday comes, it's time to fill your stomach. With friends or family, in a restaurant or a farmhouse, Alt Camp is full of unique proposals to taste the elements that we have just rediscovered in an authentic calçotada. Enjoy!
